Come and taste the natural cider from the Basque Country, Euskal Sagardoa, and get to know the family that makes it up close. The Mizpiradi cider house is located in the Leizotz neighborhood of Andoain. The Esnaola family entered the Mizpiradi farmhouse with Jon Mikel's great-grandfather and since then, generation after generation, both the farmhouse and the love for cider have been maintained. We will begin the visit in front of the old farmhouse of the Esnaola family, who have been producing natural cider for generations. After a short introduction to the history of the farmhouse and the family, we will go to the beautiful apple orchard of Mizpiradi where we will have a guided tasting of natural apple juice. Afterwards, we will visit the production area where we will learn how our precious cider is made. And finally, we will go to the cellar where we will taste the cider from txotx, and we will learn about the origin of this ancient tradition. To round off the visit, you can enjoy a traditional cider house menu while you continue to enjoy Mizpiradi cider.
